CP Elementary School

Please list on the form HERE the name of your child who will be eligible to enter Clinton Prairie Elementary school next fall for the first time as a kindergarten student. The child must have been born on or before August 1, 2019. A legal birth certificate will be required from the Board of Health of the county in which the child was born.

Kindergarten Round-Up is scheduled for Friday, April 12, 2024
